I'm in the industry since 2014 and have worked on simple and large scale projects during that time.
Most of them were related to keep and maintain our ISO9001 and ISO13485 certifications.
NC and CAPA specific projects are too many to share, but just that you get an idea:
- analysing performance for 60+ sites
- creating improvement concepts
- redesigning training programs
- leading the improvement initiaves
- rewritting procedures and CRB requirements
- coaching, training and mentoring NC&CAPA teams
- overhauling metrics and implementing dashboards
